5. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days, less any non-refundable fees
Last-minute cancellations (typically within 72 hours) may be non-refundable

We are not liable for:

That said, we are fully committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally if they arise.
7. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:
Treat staff, partners, and vendors with courtesy and respect
Abide by the rules of each service provider (e.g. property rules, insurance requirements, etc.)
Accept responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles, properties, or equipment during use
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who breaches these conditions.
